Motorola is likely to announce the Moto G Forte, a durable version of the popular Moto G smartphone. The initial reports and leaks suggest that it will be launched in Latin America only, but we highly speculate for a global launch. Motorola Moto G was initially launched in the US but later it was released for a global audience.
Motorola has gotten its brand image and popularity back and just in the right time a new leak suggest another iteration of the device, maybe the company is now in the mood to mark its presence with more devices. The company launched the popular Moto G smartphone back in November last year and came with a 4.5-inch HD display. The device is powered by a Quad-Core processor and 1GB RAM, in terms of durability the Moto G comes with Gorilla Glass protection and is claimed to be water resistant (Moto does not call it water resistant, although it is).
The tougher version of Moto G may come in the same price category and would offer shock proof and water proof features. The image that leaked by evleaks suggest a thicker casing which is expected to be protecting the phone from major damages. It is highly likely that the device seen in the leaks is just the old Moto G with a protective casing around it.
